Once I had established, at least in my own mind, that the human energy field (HEF) exists, I began to explore its characteristics. To do so, I trained myself to read the HEF, placing stress on obtaining accurate public information which was testable and could be validated by objective sources. I avoided using other cues such as body lanuage. I also avoided making over generalized statements, and to confirm accuracy, I asked for immediate feedback from the person (HEF) I was reading.
