Is the Human Energy Field real?

 the question I would like to deal with in this post is whether the HEF is real or not. That is, does the HEF really exist and function as I have described it? There is not a simple answer to this question because I use the HEF in a number of different ways in this blog. So be patient and read on!

Thriving and the Steadfast Power

of the Covenant

"You have made known to me the ways of life:

You will enrapture me,

diffusing my soul with joy

with and in your presence."

                                                                                    Acts 2:28  

 Introduction
A hypersensitive person with a new heart is a person who is now a citizen of the Kingdom of God. As a citizen of the Kingdom, you are given everything you need to make steady progress, to prosper and grow vigorously in the Spirit and heart and to flourish. This is often referred to as thriving. To thrive is to experience the reality of heaven on earth -now- . It is a continual awareness of God's active presence in the supernatural and natural order of life. It is also an awareness of the active presence of the Holy Spirit when a person is involved, affected or engaged in and by the paranormal and preternatural. 

The awareness of this continual presence occurs as the hypersensitive person builds and responds to an experiential relationship with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. This is only possible because God, through the heart of Jesus Christ, has made covenant with us. This heart of power of the covenant is called in Hebrew Hesed. To experience, know and understand thriving, it is important that we understand and experience covenant and Hesed.  

A covenant is a binding, unbreakable obligation between two parties, based on unconditional love sealed by blood and sacred oath, that creates a relationship in which each party is bound by specific undertakings on each other's behalf. A covenant is not a contract. A contract is a vehicle whereby properties and goods are conveyed from one person to another. Contracts are negotiable and can be changed or canceled. A covenant is far and above a contract in that it is the giving of one's whole person and life to another along with the receiving of that other person and their life.  

When a person is transferred from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of God, they receive unfailing and unending mercy, love and loyalty that is expressed and lived out in a relational way with the Triune God. The word that best describes this covenant experience is "lovingkindness" because it is an unconditional expression of love. As a hypersensitive, relationally "tuned" to the spirit and the natural realm, I began what I can only describe as an ever-deepening journey into the meaning and experience of devotion and faithfulness. Along with my experiences with God's process of redemption, my experiences with His lovingkindness, mercy and grace are transforming my life and molding and shaping my hypersensitivity, bringing it in line with God's will, plan, principles and way.

Hesed is love, warm-hearted generosity and goodness. It is a covenant not only of love, but also of strength and steadfastness. God is constantly looking at us now, planning ways in which He can build us up. With Hesed, hypersensitivity now is transformed into learning how to see myself and others as God sees us. It also means learning to speak to others the way God would speak to them by building into the Spirit and not against the flesh. It is the profound discovery that God wants to be something and someone for us and relentlessly pursues us. He is interested and focused on who we are in Christ, not what we are in the flesh.

Hesed forms the foundation for relational thriving because it is a love that binds people together, which includes belonging to a circle of love called a faith community or spiritual family. This also provides a "spiritual covering" of mutual caring, receiving and giving and protection so that we may see and experience that His heart is lovingkindness. 

People of the Spirit
Thriving is about walking out our hypersensitivity as image-bearers and friends of God and living from the heart Jesus gave us. Because the gift of hypersensitivity is now relationally based through Hesed with the heart of Jesus, we share the Lord's burden for releasing people from whatever imprisons them. We express His heart because we have received His heart and we speak to the hearts of others because we want to see and experience a people of promise and power emerge who know their God and are living in His fullness. Because we now have the heart of Jesus, our very life as a hypersensitive is a message of truth and grace to others.

For people of the Spirit, thriving becomes the consistent ability to experience, maintain and return to joy and peace. It is a deep appreciation and gratitude about being alive physically and in the Spirit. Before receiving Hesed some hypersensitives may have experienced life in terms of "surviving" and "just getting by". It may have been a life of trauma and the assaults of evil. Identity may have been shattered and a profound failure to thrive may have been rampant. 

Living as Children of the King
Because we now have life and freedom through Christ we can begin to thrive. Thriving is designed to restore identities as individuals, families and communities as we begin to truly live out the heart of Jesus. Thriving is about receiving and giving life, reaching a higher level of spiritual and relational maturity and receiving healing for the traumas of life.

Thriving is especially the daily experience of a life governed by the joy of the Lord. Joy is inseparable from a relationship with God. In fact, joy itself is a pure relational experience from the heart because it is one of the Fruits of the Spirit. It is not pleasure, which comes and goes. Instead, it is a persistent state of beingand an integral experience of thriving. Joy is often tempered by the fire of the Holy Spirit. Through Hesed we have God's presence with us, which is the source of our joy, even through suffering.

Recent research has also revealed that there is a part of the brain that only grows according to the amount of relational joy in our life. Joy is what God has set our nervous system thermostat on. Belonging, receiving and giving, resiliency and a coherent identity are all vital in terms of thriving. As we remain (abide) in joyful relationship with God through Christ, with family, significant others and a spiritual community, we become and live out His invitation to others. 

Conclusion
To thrive is to continue to grow in the experiential knowledge that we and our hypersensitivity are now in Christ, abiding in Him and "in the Spirit". We are joined to Jesus so that His history is our history. The Spirit pours out divine love at the center of our being (Rom. 5:5), which makes John 13:34,35 and thriving possible. Thriving is the experience of what life in the Kingdom of God is all about.

Psychic Hypersensitivity and Sexuality Part 2

Introduction
I mentioned that the human energy field (HEF) is rampant with sexual energy. Because God "created them male and female" these energies are patterned according to gender. Within a given individual both patterns exist but according to the biological and psychological characteristics of the person, either the male or female pattern dominates. Of course the spirit itself is sexually neutral, but as long as it is in communication with the body, sexuality can influence the spirit. It is for this reason that inappropriate sexual responses or unhealthy sexual responses (often called sexual sin in the Bible) can influence the destiny of the human spirit. what are these unhealthy sexual responses and what ancient spirits manipulate sexual energy to cause problems and distortions? Psychic Hypersensitivity and Sexuality Part 1

Introduction

While sexuality may seem to be a rather odd topic for a Christian blog which is focused on the paranormal, I believe that it is extremely important for those who are hypersensitive to the spirit world to realize that they are also hypersensitive to the Human Energy Field. (HEF). What this means is that they are subject to the passions and influences generated by sexual energy just as much as they are susceptible to the spirit world. As a matter of fact , one of the primary energies to be found in the HEF involves sexuality simply because sex is one of the basic drives of the human condition.  How is a hypersensitive influenced by sexual energy? Some Thoughts about Deliverance Ministry.

Introduction

 The purpose of deliverance ministry is to eliminate the influence of any type of spirit (except the Holy Spirit) upon a living person. This includes either direct influence that a spirit can have on the mind, body, or spirit of the living person, or indirect influence through a  "haunting" involving other paranormal manifestations. While I have been conducting forms of deliverance ministry for many years, I have never really developed a ministry team which was technically comprehensive.
In addition, it is difficult to find people who are willing to spend the time, energy, and money in this ministry because it has very little reward, tends to be criticized by other Chrisitans, and can be outright spiritually dangerous. Still, the need is there to help people become free of those spirit influences which would put them into bondage. So, what would a deliverance ministry team look like? That is the question is addressed in my book..

Spiritual Gifts Part 3

The final category of spiritual gifts consists of the so-called communication gifts. They include three gifts:

1. Speaking in tongues.
2. Interpretation of tongues.
3. Prophecy.

There's no question about the fact that these gifts are the most controversial. They are controversial because they have the greatest amount of social stigma attached to them. This is especially true of either speaking in tongues or interpreting tongues. The social stigma is not only found among unbelievers, but it also is found among believers who have been taught to reject the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the spiritual gifts. It is unfortunate that that is the case, because these gifts can function as witnesses to unbelievers as well as believers about the validity of the baptism of the Holy Spirit. How do these communication gifts function to impact the church and the individual Christian. Spiritual Gifts Part 2

In the Bible, our English word "power" is often translated from the Greek word "dunamis" (Mat 22:29 for example). We get the word "dynamite" from this word and dynamite really does describe the potent and forceful nature of the power released by the Holy Spirit through these spiritual gifts. But brute power is not in itself enough. After all, we can expend power all day long, but if it does not accomplish anything then it is useless. For example, we can expend power by pushing on a wall, but if the wall does not move then we are not accomplishing anything and our expenditure of energy is in vain.
Another word which is translated in English as "power" in the Greek is "exousia". (Luke 10:19) This word is actually better translated as "authority" which means empowerment or enabling ability to accomplish an act of "dunamis" or power. Taken together, these words mean that the awesome power of the Holy Spirit is able to accomplish anything in the spirit or natural worlds. So Jesus could rightly say about the gifts of the Spirit "With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God." (Mark 10:27)  What does this mean to the Christian? Psychics Who Have Come to Christ

Can a child become a ghost?

They spoke like children, thought like children, and even acted like children by playing childish pranks such as turning the chairs in the séance room upside down. How a spirit becomes a ghost!

Introduction

What is a ghost? Why do some spirits become ghosts while others do not? Both these questions are complex and difficult to answer because they involve the process by which we die. From a Christian perspective we can only speculate because the Bible is fairly silent about the death process and the conditions which occur immediately after death. Certainly, spirits become ghosts because of their spiritual state at death and because of the forces which come into play immediately after their separation from the physical world. There are a number of cliché answers offered by paranormal groups and spiritualists such as spirits choose to become ghosts because they have "unfinished" business, or because they had a traumatic death experience and somehow lost their way to the "light".  But these concepts, given a bit of thought, really raise more questions then give genuine answers. A Gold Coin - There is a truth

Post Summary: 


The word "truth" stirs up a lot of passionate debate. Attach the word "religion" to the word "true", and the passion reaches a boiling point. Every religion claims to be the only true faith. This does not seem to be dependent on their teachings but upon an appeal to a higher spiritual source. An excellent example is found in Islam. This faith gives permission through its teaching to kill non-believers or those who would convert to a different faith. It gives moral weight to and justifies murder based on the authority of the writings given to Muhammad who in turn received them from Allah. As a result; killing becomes a morally correct and righteous act because Allah has commanded it to be so. But is murder a "true" representation of God's will for mankind?
Well, from my Christian perspective, unless someone is actively trying to kill me (or has purposely committed cold blooded premeditated murder), then killing is immoral, a sin and definitely not God's will. So the question which must be answered is which faith truly represents God?  Is that faith actually true to the Character of God? I think that out of sheer frustration some folk have decided that all religions are true. But if that is a fact, then they are all equally false because they claim to be exclusively true. A Gold Coin - Genesis of the Christian Paranormal

 I have attempted to use the term "Hypersensitive" instead of Psychic or Medium because the latter terms are too related to occult behavior. In other words, I want my readers to realize that they can be "hypersensitive" to the world of spirit without practicing mediumship or engaging in other occult type activities. Stereotyped thinking is over simplified thinking which categorizes individuals or groups based on a commonly held image or idea. More often than not, a stereotype consists of an image, idea or opinion which is based on misunderstanding, ignorance, or outright prejudice. Stereotypical thinking, along with the usually bad feelings and attitudes it produces, represents a significant barrier to spiritual growth for both Christians and non-Christians. Spiritual Growth - Gold for a penny

A Story

With this post a transition in this blog is going to take place.  I have been primarily concerned with the negative aspects of the paranormal in order to warn my readers about the dangers and spiritual difficulties which result from an occult use of their abilities.  I am sure that this blog is not very popular with those practicing occult methods, because it presents direct evidence about these dangers. As a matter of fact, when I was steeped in occult activities, I would not have read a blog like this one. I would never have asked myself what it was that was so offensive to me, and why I would have simply rejected its truth even though I told myself I was seeking truth. So as I begin this post, I am reminded of a supposedly true story which I am going to tell you in a modified form. The story goes something like this:

Once upon a time there was an exceedingly wealthy man, who

filled a bag with gold coins and then stood in front of the Brooklyn Bridge.

All day he offered to every passerby a gold coin in exchange for a penny.

Some heard his offer, stopped and asked about the gold coin,

but in the end refused to give up their penny.

Others would not even listen to his offer,

But just rushed by, rejecting his offer as if they were deaf and blind.

At the end of the day, the bag was still nearly full of gold coins,

And he had just a few pennies.

You see what the wealthy man learned was this:

Those who stopped and listened could not believe or trust that

anyone would give them gold for a penny, and so

they kept their penny, and their poverty.

Those who blindly rushed by, well, they

thought that he was just trying to

sell them the Brooklyn Bridge.

Blinded by their preconceptions,
they lost their golden opportunity

The meaning
 I have been hypersensitive to the spirit world since I was a child. This is an ability that we all share to some degree since it is common to all mankind. For 12 years I was involved in the occult and had numerous paranormal experiences of an intense nature. Those were 12 years of spiritual defeat for me. As I said at the start of this post, though out this blog, I have been trying to reach out to those who are also hypersensitive to the spirit world and show them the spiritual and psychological dangers involved. I have also promised that I would show them a way that they can take their natural abilities and safely develop them to their spiritual benefit.
In the next 30 or so posts I plan on showing you my readers exactly how and why you can and must become truly paranormal spiritually. I have said enough about the occult, and now it is time to tell you about true power, glory, service, and salvation. I hope you will open your mind to what I have to say.
Like those in the story, I hope and pray that you will not hang onto your occult pennies but will take the golden coin. I also hope and pray that those who reject this blog because it is Christian will have a change in mind and will take advantage of their golden opportunity.
As usual, I will occasionally publish a science orientated post, and will write for Christians as well as non-Christians. Ghosts or Illusions of Ghosts

 

Introduction

I do not believe that everything that is seen in a ghost investigation is an optical illusion. To believe that would be a form of unhealthy skepticism which rejects the evidence which is being produced by investigations all over the world. I do believe that the human perceptual system is subject to illusions and consider that to be an established fact which must be taken into serious consideration during an investigation.
So what is the role of illusions during investigations, and can some of the experiences which have been reported be due to either visual or auditory illusions? I do believe illusions can account for a significant number of personal experiences and that anyone investigating the paranormal must deal with them.

The Investigation Visual Field (IVF)
Most investigations take place in the dark. They take place at night with lights turned off. This produces a low intensity background. That is to say, the background visual field is low contrast, low luminosity, and low color. It is obvious that under such conditions, objects in the background can become ambiguous, out of clear focus, and with little spatial orientation. At the same time, the investigators use flashlights or lights mounted on cameras to navigate and inspect the background. The area covered by the light tends to be limited, but is high in contrast, high in brightness, and colorful. So the typical IVF consists of a low intensity background in which there is an embedded high intensity foreground which moves and changes position. It is this combination of a low intensity background and a high intensity foreground which is fertile ground for visual illusions.

Illusion Generators
An illusion generator is an optical pattern designed to produce an illusion. While you will not find an exact duplicate of an illusion generator during an investigation, you will find that the conditions by which the illusion generator produces an illusion can occur in the IVF. Unfortunately, this blog format cannot handle the illusion generators which I want to use to show you how illusions can take place during an investigation. So I had to write several web pages, off-blog, which can show you how illusions can be generated and their possible application in an investigation. The first web page contains an interesting article about illusions and the paranormal. This article is followed by five pages of illusion generators. Conclusions
Most investigators will dismiss orbs as being out of focus dust caught in the flash of the camera. In the same spirit of skepticism, most peripheral vision images, or objects produced by Pareidolia should be rejected as being paranormal unless there is clear supporting evidence from measures not subject to illusion. In order to deal with or eliminate the possible effect of illusions, every attempt should be made to identify how an illusion could occur in the environment. Remember, certain illusions cannot be tested with photographs or video recordings. The illusion can take place by looking at the photograph or video, since it really takes place in the mind of the observer.

I want to offer my readers a challenge! If you are a psychic or just someone who is hypersensitive and you want to develop your abilities, please look at all of the books about the paranormal that you have accumulated, and try to find just one warning that there are significant dangers involved. Find just one sentence which explains that using the techniques that they suggest could lead to spirit oppression or worse. Please find just a few words of warning that you could end up with serious mental and spiritual problems if you follow the metaphysical path that they advise. Tell me of one "psychic development" group that pre-screens their applicants to determine if they are psychologically healthy enough to apply their methods and then takes responsibility for the person who uses their techniques. The fact of the matter is that these methods and many of the groups that promote psychic techniques are offering ways by which a hypersensitivie can be trapped and damaged for years.  What are these traps and how do they work?
